Dr. Melissa Fritsche, MD
Dr. Melissa Fritsche owns and practices at Mel-Med, LLC, providing medication-assisted recovery for alcohol, opiates and tobacco using an integrated, recovery-focused treatment model. She has also been working to develop and implement an evidence-based addiction medicine program for the Spartanburg County Detention Facility.
