Overall Purpose

By the end of this one-hour workshop, participants will educated and empowered to prioritize their well-being by establishing healthy boundaries in their personal and professional lives.

Meet Our Expert Presenter
Monique Bullock, LMSW

Monique Bullockย is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services to individuals, families, and communities. With 7 plus years of experience in the field, she has developed a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health issues. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools and hospitals. In these roles, she has had the privilege of supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma and substance abuse. Currently, she is a Collaborative Care Clinician providing solution-focused treatment to adults and adolescents. She enjoys singing, spending time with my husband and their 1-year old son.
