Steven Krozer, PMHNP, CEO of iTrust Wellness, has worked as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner for almost a decade in in-patient, community mental health, and private facilities. In 2024, Steven presented at Psych Congress, the nation’s leading conference on practical psychopharmacology, on long-acting injections in the schizophrenia population.
